My writing journey has been like traveling the hilly back roads of East Texas, driving a stick shift that’s almost out of gas. That’s how I learned to drive and how I learned to write. In spite of the stops and starts, the journey was hilarious. And that’s what it should be about—the journey.

Helping others find their passion, get published, complete a novel, sell a short story or just solve a writing problem—for me, that's the thrill of being in this business.

I'm always on the lookout for great resources, encouraging books and articles, and people who are doing great things—inspiring others along the way.

I certainly don't have all the answers, but I have learned a great deal by simply asking the right questions. It's the doorway to discovery and I hope this site will be such a place for both of us
